The WINCHESTER BOARD OF APPEAL will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2009 at 7:45 P.M. in the WATERFIELD ROOM, TOWN HALL, 71 MOUNT VERNON STREET, WINCHESTER, MA on the following matter:

PETITION NO. 3557 - That of ROBERT CONWAY, TOWN OF WINCHESTER, TOWN ENGINEER concerning the property at 15-27 HIGH STREET (SANBORN HOUSE/AMBROSE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL), WINCHESTER, MA. The petitioner seeks to amend Decision No. 3307, originally heard on May 6, 2003, with a written decision filed on May 29, 2003 and Decision No. 3509, originally heard on May 20, 2008, with a written decision filed on July 21, 2008, so as to be permitted to create additional parking areas for use by the Sanborn House. The property is located in the SCI (Conservancy Institutional) zoning district and contains 8,965 acres.
