The Town worked with Toole Design Group to develop a Transportation Plan. The goal of the plan was to develop and prioritize a list of potential street design projects to improve walking and biking safety throughout Winchester for all ages and abilities and increase connectivity throughout the Town.
The Plan will be used to inform both short term maintenance activities as well as longer term capital planning efforts.
