ACCEPTANCE OF DONATIONS

  1. Accept a donation of $2,500 from the Johnston Family and $50 from Ruby Richardson to the Winchester Police Department to be deposited into the Police Department Gift Account.
  2. Accept a grant of $40,400 from the Metropolitan Area Planning Council to the Town of Winchester to create a Sustainable Landscape Handbook and training sessions
