2. Approve the Winchester Cultural Council’s request to place a flat screen monitor in the window of the unused coffee shop at Wedgemere station.  The monitor will display a rotating set of slides advertising town events, institutions, and public service announcements. The Cultural Council will be responsible for maintaining and cost of the monitor.
3. Approve the Eighth Annual Kids PMC Bike Ride – June 11, 2022, 8:30 – 11:30 AM on the following streets:   Horn Pond Brook Road, Sylvester Avenue and Carter Street.
4. Approve First Congregation Church the blessing of the palms on Palm Sunday to be held on the Common, Sunday April 10, 2022 from 9:00 to 10:00 am.
