Select Board/Winchester Housing Authority Commissioners joint meeting to appoint applicant for Interim Housing Authority Commissioner position – term to expire at March 2024 election.

ACCEPTANCE OF DONATIONS

  1. Accept two ARPA Stabilization Grants to the Recreation Department, April disbursement, in the amount of $16,333.33 to be used for the WRAP/Kid Connection and the other one in the amount of $5,416.67 to be used for the Lynch After School Program.
  2. Accept donations of $1,000, $500 each from Pirani & Wile Group Leading Edge Real Estate and $500 from The McLaren Team to the Recreation Department for expenditures at the Packer Ellis Tennis Courts.
  3. Accept an in-kind donation of a lockable information board from the Winchester Tennis Association to the Recreation Department.
  4. Accept donations of $60 from anonymous donations to the Recreation Department for the Neighbors Helping Neighbors Scholarship Account.
  5. Accept an in-kind donation from Gina D’Allesandro to the Conservation Commission for invasive species clearing, to be performed by Parterre Ecological Services, at Wedge Pond in the vicinity of the pond outlet.
