ACCEPTANCE OF DONATIONS

  1. Accept a grant of $52,250 from the MAPC which was used to hire a Sustainability Director.
  2. Accept a donations of $1,330 from individuals and families of the Winchester Recreation Department to be used towards the Recreation Department Neighbors Helping Neighbors fund.
  3. Accept a donation of $700 from Lauren Preston to the Wildwood Cemetery for a memory tree to be deposited into the Tree & Bench account.
  4. Accept a donation of $1,000 from Virginia Stygles to the Wildwood Cemetery for the Permanent Care account.
  5. Accept a donation of $500 from GLP Creative LLC for the Downtown Beautification Project.
  6. Accept two ARPA Stabilization Grants to the Recreation Department, for April and May disbursements. April amount of $16,333.33 to be used for the WRAP/Kid Connection and the amounts of $5,633.33 to be used for the Lynch After School Program. May amount of $16,333.33 to be used for the WRAP/Kid Connection and the amounts of $5,416.67 to be used for the Lynch After School Program. 
  7. Accept donations of two hand brushes, two line brushes and three nets from the Winchester Tennis Association for the Packer Ellis Tennis Courts.
