ACCEPTANCE OF DONATIONS

  1. Accept a donation of $375 from Friends of Winchester Recreation to the Recreation Department for the Concerts on the Common.
  2. Accept a donation of $2,500 from Friends of Winchester Recreation to the Recreation Department towards purchasing signs.
  3. Accept a donation of $250 from Fells Hardware Inc. to the Recreation Department for the Concerts on the Common.
  4. Accept donations of $648 from individuals/families of Winchester Recreation Department to be used for the Recreation Department’s Neighbors Helping Neighbors program.
  5. Accept a grant of $500,000 from the Office of Housing and Economic Development to the Town of Winchester to fund the design and engineering services for the development of final design plans for the proposed streetscape improvements to the downtown between Quill Rotary and the Main Street Bridge.           
  6. Accept a grant of $50,000 from the Office of Housing and Livable Communities to the Town of Winchester to fund the Housing Production Plan Update.
  7. Accept a donation of $200 from the VFW Aberjona Post No. 3719 to the Police Department in thanks for participation in the Memorial Day observance to be deposited into the Police gift account.
