Basics of Estate Planning

During this two hour session we will cover all the basics of estate planning, including discussing wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, and health care proxies. This program will also cover minimizing Massachusetts estate taxes and avoiding probate. At the completion of the class, participants will have a good overview of how the process works and which documents they might want to include in their own estate plans.
