How to Forage your Backyard Like a Farm with Emily Makrez

Emily Makrez, owner of F-Word Farm and educator on all things fermented, farming and foraging related, will show us how to identify and select wild edibles (e.g., mushrooms, berries, greens, or even trees) via a slideshow and in person samples to see and feel. She will tell us how these seasonal finds can be incorporated into our food or drink. Sponsored by a generous grant from The Cummings Foundation.
