Pursuant to the Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a remote public hearing on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 7:30 PM. A Request for an Amended Order of Conditions has been filed by the Town of Winchester for work to be performed at the North Reservoir Dam, located off Reservoir Street in the Middlesex Fells in Winchester. Information regarding remote access can be found below.
It is proposed to rehabilitate the gatehouse, replacing valves and a water supply pipe, and to install a toe drain and flatten slopes on the upstream and downstream sides of the dam.
