WinPower is the Town's electricity supply program. New electricity accounts in town are eligible for automatic enrollment in the program. To facilitate automatic enrollment, the program periodically sends a Consumer Notification Letter. Such a letter was recently sent in early December. For those that received a letter:
- If you would like to participate in the program on the WinPower standard rate, no action is necessary.
- If you would NOT like to participate, do one of the following: 1) return the enclosed opt out card, 2) opt out by calling the electricity supplier Dynegy at (866) 220-5696 or 3) opt out by filling out our online form (here)
