WinPower recently mailed an opt out packet to new, eligible accounts as part of our regular enrollment process. It was dated December 8. The packet was incorrectly sent to some accounts that had previously opted out of the program. If you had previously opted out of the program you may disregard the packet and you will not be enrolled in the program.
