Winchester is expecting snow to start accumulating later this evening and it will be heavy at times tomorrow. There will be an on-street parking ban starting at midnight tonight lasting until Friday the 18th at Noon. Jenks Center Lot & Aberjona Lots will be open for overnight parking. The Transfer Station will be closed all day Thursday 12/17/20, reopening regular hours on Friday the 18th. The Library and Town Hall buildings will also be closed to the public on Thursday.
