[ARCHIVED] CONSERVATION COMMISSION: 16 Niles Lane

Pursuant to the Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a remote public hearing on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 7:30 PM.  A Notice of Intent has been filed by Robert and Michelle Atchinson for work to be performed at 16 Niles Lane, Winchester.  (Information regarding remote access can be found below.)

It is proposed to demolish an existing single family home, sheds and tennis court, and to construct a single family home with associated utilities and landscaping.
