Pursuant to the Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a remote public hearing on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 7:45 PM. A Request for an Amended Order of Conditions has been filed by NSTAR Electric d/b/a Eversource Energy, for work to be performed at Bacon Street at the intersection of the Aberjona River, Winchester. It is proposed to modify an existing Order of Conditions to allow dewatering and discharge on the banks of the Aberjona River, install dewatering well points, and stage equipment for treatment systems within the previously disturbed/developed Riverfront Area.
