[ARCHIVED] CONSERVATION COMMISSION: Eversource - Bacon Street

Pursuant to the Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at 7:30 PM.  A Request for an Amended Order of Conditions has been filed by NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy (Eversource) for work to be performed off Bacon Street, near Ginn Field, Winchester.  It is proposed to drill pilot holes, then tunnel under the Aberjona River using directional drilling approximately 24.5 feet below the bottom of the river. 

This will be an in-person meeting with an opportunity to participate via Zoom.
