The Winchester Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to MGL Chapter 40A, Section 5, to discuss proposed amendments to the Town’s Zoning Bylaws.
Three articles are proposed for the Fall Town Meeting of 2021 (1) AMEND Section 8.1: Floodplain Overlay District to reference the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s new National Flood Insurance Program regulations. (2) AMEND Section
10.0 Half-story. (3) AMEND Section 7.3.12 to allow for greater side setbacks between Center Business District properties and other residential districts.
