Pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 8, 2015, at 8:00 PM in the Mystic Valley Room of the Winchester Town Hall, 71 Mt. Vernon Street, Winchester. A Notice of Intent has been filed by Paul Goodrich for single family home improvements at 4 Lockeland Road. The proposed improvements consists of an addition, driveway expansion and stormwater mitigation. The proposed project is located within the 100 foot buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands associated with an intermittent stream.
