The Winchester Planning Board will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2015 at 7:30 PM in the BOARD OF SELECTMEN’S ROOM, TOWN HALL, 71 MT. VERNON STREET, WINCHESTER, MA on the following matter:
Definitive Subdivision—That of S&R Realty Trust by Five Points Development, LLC, concerning a 1.44 acre piece of land between Highland Ave and N. Border Road located on Map 2, Lot 178 within the town of Winchester, MA. The applicant seeks approval of a subdivision plan to create a total of 4 buildable lots which will front along a proposed road connecting Highland Ave with N. Border Road.
