[ARCHIVED] CONSERVATION COMMISSION: Transfer Station

Pursuant to the Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a remote public hearing on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 7:45 PM.  A Notice of Intent has been filed by the Town of Winchester for work to be performed at the Transfer Station, 15 McKay Avenue, Winchester.  

It is proposed to replace the existing electrical service, demolish the existing incinerator building, construct a new recycling area, staff trailer, and scale house, add concrete pads for various waste streams, and improve the existing transfer station building.
