Notice is hereby given pursuant to M.G.L. c. 184, § 32 that the Winchester Select Board will hold a remote public hearing regarding 1) partial release of a preservation restriction held by the Society for the Preservation of New England Antiquities, d/b/a Historic New England pursuant to M.G.L. c. 184, § 32 on property owned by Maureen I. Meister and David L. Feigenbaum located at 38 Rangeley Road and commonly known as the Skillings-Manny House and 2) the amendment and restatement of a preservation restriction held by the Society for the Preservation of New England Antiquities, d/b/a Historic New England pursuant to M.G.L. c. 184, § 32 on property owned by Maureen I. Meister located at 3 Meadowcroft Road and commonly known as the Jacobs-Churchill House.
