Household HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION DAY
WHEN: MAY 7, 2022 - SATURDAY
WHERE: DPW YARD 15 LAKE ST (across from Stop & Shop)
TIME: 9:00am to Noon
WHO: Winchester Residents and member towns. No commercial business waste will be accepted e.g., painting contractors.
What do I bring?
Unwanted household hazardous products. Preferably items kept in original containers. Residents are limited to a maximum of 25 gallons of paints/stains.
LATEX PAINT IS NOT HAZARDOUS. Dry and bring to the Transfer Station.

How can I safely transport hazardous materials?
Tighten caps and lids leaving materials in original labeled containers. Pack containers in sturdy upright boxes and pad with newspaper. Sort and pack separately; oil paint, pesticides, household cleaners.
Never Mix Chemicals! Never smoke while handling hazardous material.
