Pursuant to the Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a remote public hearing on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 8:15 PM. A Notice of Intent has been filed by the Town of Winchester for work to be performed at Woodside Road adjacent to Winter Pond, Winchester.
It is proposed to install improvements to Woodside Road adjacent to Winter Pond including removal of broken pavement shoulder, construction of a gravel parking lane, installation of a sidewalk, bench, and information kiosk, and plantings of native shrubs.
