Pursuant to the Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a remote public hearing on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 7:45 PM. A Notice of Intent has been filed by the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) for work to be performed at 171 Swanton Street, Winchester.
It is proposed to maintain and repair the MWRA sewer line to improve flood protection, site access, structural conditions, operation requirements, and odor control for selected structures at MBTA’s Sewer Section 45, Station 27+86 (Structure a), Section 69, Station 48+53 (Structure b), and Section 69, Station 47+89 (Structure c).
