The Winchester Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to MGL Chapter 40A, Section 5, to discuss proposed amendments to the Town’s Zoning Bylaws.
Three articles are proposed for the Fall Town Meeting of 2022 (1) ADD a new Section 3.2.2 to the Zoning Bylaw to allow Accessory Dwelling Units on lots with single-family or duplex dwellings for people with disabilities or 62 years of age. (2) AMEND Section 10.0 to include the definition of an Accessory Dwelling Unit, and (3) REPORT to Town Meeting regarding the condition of the town and any plans or proposals for its development as stated in MGL, Part I, Title VII, Chapter 41, Section 71.
