An application for a building permit to demolish the dwelling at 2 Ardley Place has been filed with the Town of Winchester Building Department. The property is included in the list of historically protected properties and is therefore subject to a delay in the issuance of a demolition permit under Chapter 14 of the Town’s Bylaws. In accordance with Chapter 14, the Winchester Historical Commission will hold a public hearing on the application at 7:30 p.m. Monday, October 24, 2022. The public is welcome to attend.
