EVENT DESCRIPTION:
The MBTA and the Winchester Station Project Team would like to invite you to a virtual public meeting where the project team will give an update on the completed construction activities to date and what work is anticipated in the upcoming months.
Once complete, the MBTA Winchester Center Station Accessibility Improvements Project will include:
- New stairs, access ramps and adding new elevators for better accessibility
- New canopies, signs, railings, and lighting for safety and security
- Adding benches, bike racks, a public address system, and other amenities for comfort and convenience
- Updating walkways & sidewalks
This meeting will be held online, via Zoom. The project team will begin with a presentation at 6:00PM, followed by time for questions.
