Pursuant to the Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a remote public hearing on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at 7:30 PM. A Notice of Intent has been filed by Dr. Virginia Hung, for work to be performed at 314 Highland Avenue, Winchester, a property owned by Mr. Reuben Goodman.

It is proposed to remove invasive species and to install trees and plants in a grassed strip at the rear of the property within 100’ of a wetland resource area. No direct disturbance of wetlands are proposed.
