The Winchester Planning Board will hold a remote Public Hearing on Tuesday August 8, 2023 at 7:30 PM on the following matter:
PETITION No. CBD-18 — That of Civico Development and Causeway Development, concerning the properties at 25-27 Waterfield Road and 0 Waterfield Road in Winchester, MA. The petitioner is seeking
- A Special Permit for Planned Unit Development within the “PUD 1” District within the Town Common subzone of the Central Business District (§7.3.11 and §7.3.14 of the Winchester Zoning Bylaws);
- A Waiver for height above 48’ (§7.3.14.6.3 of the Winchester Zoning Bylaws);
- Site Plan and Design Review (§7.3.15 of the Winchester Zoning Bylaws)
to construct a building containing 60 rental units, 40 of which will be deed restricted in perpetuity for households with income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) and 20 of which will be market rate. The four parcels contain 43,861 ± square feet and are located in the Town Common subzone of the CBD (Center Business District).
