The Winchester Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to MGL Chapter 40A, Section 5, to discuss proposed amendments to the Town's Zoning Bylaws. Two articles are proposed for the Fall Town Meeting of 2023. (1) AMEND Section 3.2.2 of the Winchester Zoning Bylaw to reduce the minimum age for persons without disabilities from 62 to 60 and clarify the language that either primary or secondary unit may be used to provide the desired housing options; (2) REPORT to Town Meeting regarding the condition of the town and any plans or proposals for its development as stated in MGL, Part I, Title VII, Chapter 41, Section 71.
