NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The WINCHESTER BOARD OF APPEAL will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on MONDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2015 at 7:45 P.M. in the WATERFIELD ROOM, TOWN HALL, 71 MOUNT VERNON STREET, WINCHESTER, MA on the following matter:
PETITION NO. 3753 - That of SPINOSA 160-162 CROSS STREET LLC by THEODORE C. REGNANTE, ESQ. concerning the property at 160-162 CROSS STREET, WINCHESTER, MA. The petitioners seek a Special Permit under Section 3 of the Winchester Zoning By-Law in accordance with Chapter 40A, Section 9 of the Massachusetts General Laws so as to be permitted to use the premises as a contractor’s yard with concrete block enclosures for storage of gravel, loam, stone and all contractors’ materials. The property is located in the IL (Light Industrial) zoning district and contains 35,470 square feet.
