Petition No CBD - 1 - That of 36 Elmwood Avenue LLC and Pabcam Holdings concerning the property at 36-40 Elmwood Avenue. The petitioner is seeking a Dimensional Special Permit from Section of the Winchester Zoning By-Law in accordance with Chapter 40A, Section 9 of the Mass General Laws so as to be permitted to build a new structure that will be located closer to the rear property line than permitted by-right, and to have a higher Floor Area Ratio than permitted by-right. The parcel contains 10,064 +/- square feet and is located in the North Core subzone of the Center Business District.
