Pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at 7:30 PM in the Waterfield Room of the Winchester Town Hall, 71 Mt. Vernon Street, Winchester. A Notice of Intent has been filed by Frank Spinosa for work to be performed at 162 Cross Street, Winchester.
It is proposed to install a retaining wall, and grade for compensatory storage, plus paint to locate the limit of a temporary storage area.
