NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The WINCHESTER BOARD OF APPEAL will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on MONDAY, MARCH 20, 2017 at 7:30 P.M. in the WATERFIELD ROOM, TOWN HALL, 71 MOUNT VERNON STREET, WINCHESTER, MA on the following matter:
PETITION NO. 3801 - That of BEK WINCHESTER WINNING FARM, LLC concerning the property at 1 GERSHON WAY, WINCHESTER, MA. The petitioner seeks a Special Permit under Section 8.7 of the Winchester Zoning By-Law in accordance with Chapter 40A, Section 9 of the Massachusetts General Laws so as to be permitted to construct twenty-nine (29) age-restricted (55 and over) units dispersed among twelve (12) duplexes and triplexes. The property is located in the SCI (Conservancy-Institutional) zoning district and the ARCDOD (Attached Residential Cluster Development Overlay) zoning district and contains 12.9 acres.
