Pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing
on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 7:30 PM in the Mystic Valley Room of the Winchester Town Hall, 71 Mt. Vernon Street, Winchester. A Notice of Intent has been filed by Deborah and Dan Carson, for work to be performed at 23 Leslie Road, Winchester.
It is proposed to construct a home addition within the buffer zone to a resource area.
