on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 8:00 PM in the Mystic Valley Room of the Winchester Town Hall, 71 Mt. Vernon Street, Winchester. A Notice of Intent has been filed by William and Kim Graylin for work to be performed at14 Robinson Park, Winchester.
It is proposed to demolish an existing dwelling and to construct a new dwelling.
