PETITION NO. 3851 - That of WILLEM SCHEELE and CORNELIA SUIJKERBUIJK concerning the property at 20 GROVE PLACE, WINCHESTER, MA. The petitioners are seeking a Dimensional Variance from Section 3.3.2 of the Winchester Zoning By-Law in accordance with Chapter 40A, Section 10 of the Massachusetts General Laws so as to be permitted to maintain an accessory building that will be located closer to the rear property line after purchasing 2,308+/- square feet of land from the owners of contiguous property at 22 Grove Place, Winchester, MA. The property is located in the RDB (Single Residence) zoning district and contains 10,169 square feet.
