The WINCHESTER BOARD OF APPEAL will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on MONDAY, MAY 21, 2018 at 7:30 P.M. in the WATERFIELD ROOM, TOWN HALL, 71 MOUNT VERNON STREET, WINCHESTER, MA on the following matter:
PETITION NO. 3852 - That of the TRUSTEES OF THE WHITE HORSE COMMON CONDOMINIUM TRUST concerning the property at 22 GROVE PLACE, WINCHESTER, MA. The petitioners are seeking a Dimensional Variance from Section 8.6.12 of the Winchester Zoning By-Law in accordance with Chapter 40A, Section 10 of the Massachusetts General Laws so as to be permitted to reduce an exterior property line from 76.8’ to 59.6’ where 75’ is required by conveying 2,308+/- square feet of land to the owners of contiguous property at 20 Grove Place, Winchester, MA. The property is located in the PRD (Planned Residential Development) zoning district and contains 10.72+/- acres.
