The WINCHESTER BOARD OF APPEALS will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on MONDAY, JULY 9, 2018 at 7:30 P.M. in the WATERFIELD ROOM, TOWN HALL, 71 MOUNT VERNON STREET, WINCHESTER, MA on the following matter:

PETITION NO. 3866 - That of MARY SPENCER, IAN PHILLIPS, RACHAEL PHILLIPS, DAVID LUCIA, WENDY LUCIA, RICHARD MACNEILLE, KAREN HELLMICH, PAULA SWARTZ, JOHN MOHRBACHER, GAY MOHRBACHER, JOHN CAROS, MAGDALENE CAROS, WALTER CHICK, JANET PARSONS, NATHANIEL LUSK, HILARY LUSK, SCHARMEN CONFER, SHARON MORRISS, THOMAS KAHL AND SUZANNE KAHL by JILL BRENNER MEIXEL, KROKIDAS & BLUESTEIN, LLP concerning the property at KNOWLTON STADIUM/MANCHESTER FIELD, 458 MAIN STREET, WINCHESTER, MA. The petitioners are seeking an appeal under Section 9.3.3(3) of the Winchester Zoning By-Law in accordance with Chapter 40A, Section 8 and 15 of the Massachusetts General Laws from the Building Commissioner/Zoning Enforcement Officer’s issuance of Building Permit No. 337 on May, 14, 2018 to the Town of Winchester for the construction of field lights at Knowlton Stadium/Manchester Field, 458 Main Street, Winchester, MA. The property is located in the SCI (Conservancy/Institutional) zoning district and contains 12.5 acres.


WINCHESTER BOARD OF APPEALS

Petition may be viewed at the Building Department during regular office hours.


The Planning Board, Design Review Committee and Historical Commission will review the petition and make recommendations to the Board of Appeals. Dates and times of these entities’ meetings are available on the Town Calendar at: www.winchester.us.
