Pursuant to the Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 7:30 PM in the Mystic Valley Room of the Winchester Town Hall, 71 Mt. Vernon Street, Winchester. A Notice of Intent has been filed by Gary Meyer and Narcisa Niedl-Meyer for work to be performed at 9 Amberwood Drive, Winchester.
It is proposed to demolish and existing single family home and to construct a new single family home.
