In accordance with Chapter 7 Section 3 of the Town's By-Laws, the Select Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at 8pm in the Select Board Meeting Room 2nd Floor of Winchester Town Hall, to consider amendments to the water and sewer rates currently in effect. The final schedule of proposed changes in rates that will be considered by the Board, shall be posted on the Town's website and in the offices of the Town Manager and of the Town Clerk no later than Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at 12:00 noon. The public is invited to attend.
