Definitive Subdivision—That of S&R Realty Trust and Five Points Development, LLC, concerning parcels of land between Highland Ave and N. Border Road located on Map 2, Lot 178 within the town of Winchester, MA. The applicant seeks approval of a subdivision plan to create 5 buildable lots which will front along a proposed road off of Highland Ave.
