Pursuant to the Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 7:30 PM in the Mystic Valley Room of the Winchester Town Hall, 71 Mt. Vernon Street, Winchester. A Notice of Intent has been filed by Five Points Development, LLC, for work to be performed at land off Highland Ave., Assessor’s Map 15, Lots 178, Assessor’s Map 14, Lot 179, and Lot 180, Winchester. (This land is in close proximity to Dana Ave.)
It is proposed to construct a subdivision road for five single family dwellings, two driveways, and part of one dwelling. A portion of this project lies within resource areas.
