Annual Town election is Tuesday, March 26th. Voting hours are 7:00am-8:00pm. Please see the list of polling locations below.

- Precincts 3 & 4 - McCall Gym
- Precincts 5 & 6 Vinson Owen Cafe
- Precincts 7 & 8 - Lynch Gym
ABSENTEE BALLOTS ARE NOW AVAILABLE AT THE TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE FOR THOSE VOTERS WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA
- Absent from Winchester all the hours of the election on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 from 7:00am -8:00pm
- Religious beliefs
- Disability
Please stop by the Town Clerk’s Office, first floor, to cast your ballot during normal office hours, Monday 8:00am-7:00pm; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00am- 4:00pm and Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm.
You may also submit an application to the Town Clerk’s Office to have a ballot mailed to you either in town or out of town. Family members may apply on behalf of a family member residing in the same household.
