Pursuant to the Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 7:30 PM in the Waterfield Room of the Winchester Town Hall, 71 Mt. Vernon Street, Winchester. A Notice of Intent has been filed by the Town of Winchester for work to be performed in the vicinity of the North Reservoir Dam in the Middlesex Fells, Winchester.
It is proposed to dig test borings and to excavate in the vicinity of a discharge pipe to determine its current condition. This work is in preparation to a repair if necessary.
