In accordance with Chapter 2, Section 3.2 of the Winchester Code of By-Laws, the Town Manager of the Town of Winchester will hold a public hearing on warrant articles for the April 29, 2019 Spring Annual Town Meeting not previously the subject of a public hearing on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at 6:00 PM in the Room of Winchester Town Hall.
