Pursuant to the Wetlands Protection Act and the Winchester Wetlands Bylaw, the Winchester Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 8:15 PM in the Mystic Valley Room of the Winchester Town Hall, 71 Mt. Vernon Street, Winchester. A Notice of Intent has been filed by Seaver Construction for work to be performed on Lot 3, Forest Street, located approximately across the street from the entrance to Bellevue Ave.
It is proposed to construct a single family home.
