The Winchester Select Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 22, 2019 at 8pm in the Select Board meeting chamber, 2nd floor of the Winchester Town Hall to discuss the installation of a "Do Not Enter" sign effective between 7:30 - 8:30am at the intersection of Stone and Highland Avenues on a temporary basis for the remainder of the school year.
