On Monday, September 9, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. the Winchester Select Board will hold a public hearing in the Select Board meeting chamber, 2nd floor of the Winchester Town Hall to discuss the Grant of Location petition from Environment & Construction Management Services, Inc., on behalf of the property owner at 9 Everell Avenue, for the installation of five monitoring wells in the public right-of-way on Stowell Road. The monitoring wells are required as part of a subsurface assessment to delineate the extent of subsurface fuel oil in the soil and groundwater resulting from a historical release from a 1000 gallon underground storage tank discovered at the property.
