The WINCHESTER BOARD OF APPEALS will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2019 at 7:30 P.M. in the WINCHESTER HIGH SCHOOL AUDITORIUM, 80 SKILLINGS ROAD, WINCHESTER, MA on the following matter:
PETITION NO. 3892 - That of SLV RIVER STREET, LLC by GEOFFREY ENGLER concerning the property at 19-35 RIVER STREET, WINCHESTER, MA regarding an application for a comprehensive permit for the development of 147 apartment units in a single
4-5 story structure under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40B, Sections 20 through 23, as amended. The property is located in the IL (Light Industrial) zoning district and contains 137,186 +/- square feet.
